The PVC pipe like Finolex manufacturing process contains various steps and different types of raw materials for its manufacturing PVC resin is used as the main raw material.
The process also requires several other additives, Processing acids, Lubricants, Colors and Fillers are all mixed with the PVC resin First, the raw materials are loaded into a high-speed mixer where they are cold mixed.

Next this mixture is passed through a filtration system, where larger particles are removed.
Now through the spring conveyor, the raw material is fed into a hopper after that, it enters into the screw barrel.
Now in a Heater, the mixture is heated. By this process, the mixture is converted into a paste after passing through a die head, the paste gets the shape of a pipe.
The die head is a very important part of the process, as it is what gives the pipe its exact diameter.

Now the Pipe passes through a Vacuum Tank, where it is cooled down by water sprinklers, which helps it to maintain shape.
After the pipe cools down, it passes through the traction machine.
The length of the pipe is calculated in the traction machine then it sent to the pipe printing machine.
In the printer, the name of the company like Finolex, type and other information are printed onto it’s exterior.
Next the pipes are cut to required length, the cutting process is fully automated then pipes arrive on a tilting machine where they’re stacked and ready for packaging but before dispatching,
a random pipe is selected and various tests are performed on the pipe for quality assurance.
After fulfilling all quality Standards, the pipes are packed and sent to retailers.
